What these can — and can't — tell you

Each of these guides is good at showing you that something is off. None of them can tell you why.

That's not a limitation I'm hiding — it's the honest situation. Uneven wear under one big toe could be coming from the foot, the ankle, the hip, the pelvis, an old injury you've stopped thinking about, or the shoes themselves. Those look similar from the outside and need completely different corrections. Guessing wrong costs months.

Want the actual answer?

The 90-minute head-to-toe assessment tests the whole chain — foot, ankle, knee, hip, back — with hands-on muscle and movement testing. You leave knowing what's driving your pain and the plan to correct it. Then we re-test, so progress is something you can see on paper, not just feel.

Bring the shoes you wear most — and your walking video if you filmed one.

These guides are general education, not a diagnosis or medical advice. If you have numbness, weakness, loss of balance, loss of bladder or bowel control, fever, unexplained weight loss, or pain following a serious injury, please see a physician first.
